The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No. 34 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 353, 414, 385, 387, 505 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the car has been recovered from the petitioner which is in his ownership. He further submits that there is no case pending against him, his name has falsely been implicated for preparing a false case.

Accordingly, considering the submission and also taking into consideration that other persons have been granted anticipatory bail, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall be
