JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State Bank of India and Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the entire retiral dues of the husband of the petitioner who was working as Nalkup Chalak in Irrigation Department at Mohania Division, Kaimur have been paid. Now only grievance of the petitioner remains with respect to the interest which has not been paid to the wife of the petitioner on

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to make a detailed representation giving the exact date from which she seeks interest on account of delayed payment before the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation department, Mohania Division, Kaimur / Treasury Officer, Rohtas.

4. With aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
