Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 207A/1999 instituted under Section(s) 25(1-B)AC/26(ii) (iii)/ 35 of the Arms Act pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, III, Munger.

Considering that the Petitioner was involved in manufacturing arms and he absconded for number of years, I am not inclined to grant him bail.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of
