1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No.375/2022, arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No.113/2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. By an order dated 09.05.2025, a report was called from the learned Additional and Sessions Judge-II, Nawada with regard to the stage of the trial in connection with S. Tr. No.375/2022, arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No.113/2021. The learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nawada had sent the report contained in letter no. 16 dated 23.05.2025 and from perusal of the same, it manifests that all the prosecution

4. Since all the prosecution witnesses have been examined except the doctor, as such, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

5. The regular bail application of the petitioner is rejected.

6. The District Magistrate, Nawada is directed to ensure that the doctor on the next date fixed in the trial is present in the Court.

7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the District Magistrate, Nawada for his perusal and necessary action. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
