2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 04.12.2015 passed by learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No.C-2327 of 2015 (T.R. No.1276 of 2015 by which the learned Trial Court after finding a prima facie case for offence under Section 420 of the I.P.C. has summoned the petitioner for appearance.

3. Vide order dated 03.04.2026 a report regarding status of case was called for, which was received vide Letter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67190 of 2018(3) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 No.106 dated 24.04.2026. As per the said report submitted by the learned Trial Court, the above noted case has already been disposed of on 17.07.2019.

4. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the parties as well as the report submitted by the learned Trial Court, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
