2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 556/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is involved in loot. His involvement has come during the course of investigation.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. It is accordingly dismissed.
