The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018/ G.R. No. 1597 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59323 of 2019. Now the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been renewed on the ground of custody as the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 19.07.2019 i.e. more than one and half year and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31032 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 likelihood of conclusion of trial is not expected in near future. Therefore, petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018/ G.R. No. 1597 of 2018.
