2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 18.07.2018 passed by learned A.D.J.-V, Gopalganj in connection with Revision No.1870 of 2016 arising out of Kateya P.S. Case No.4 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, he prays that the present case may be disposed of.
