The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Desari Police Station (Sahadai O.P.) Case No. 25 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the elder brother of the husband of the deceased and allegation against him and other members of the family are general and omnibus. It has been urged on behalf of the petitioner that only because the petitioner stands in the relation of brother of husband of the deceased, he has been made accused in this case.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Desari Police Station (Sahadai O.P.)
