2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 200 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the seized motorcycle .

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the sezied motorcycle . The name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of other co-accused persons. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet has

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Judge - 1 Nawada in connection with Meskaur P. S. Case No. 129 of 2024 .
