The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and the present allegation is also under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, hence, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Manjhagarh P.S.Case No.128 of 2021 pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Gopalganj. Accordingly, prayer is refused.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41926 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 and pray for regular bail.
