The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.03.2019. He further submits that petitioner is a bonafide of purchaser for value consideration he is not criminal but victim and not the beneficiary and as such he deserves bail. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
