2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner along with other coaccused persons committed murder of the husband of informant, when the informant was at her parents home.

4. It is submitted that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and in the FIR, the source of information has not been disclosed. During course of investigation, it has come that co-accused Sonu Das assaulted the deceased on his head by some hard and blunt substance. Merely because petitioner

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
