JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The learned counsel for Bhupendra Narain Mandal University submits, the order passed by this Court with regard to payment of retiral dues having been complied as the Group Insurance has been paid to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though attachment of the counter affidavit reflects the payment, but it does not show that the amount of interest having been paid therein.

The respondent authority will examine the case of the

Patna High Court MJC No.4076 of 2016(4) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 petitioner and if it is found that the amount of interest portion has not been added, in that circumstance, the statutory interest be added to the original amount to be paid to the petitioner. With the above observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
