2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that informant's daughter went out of home for going to her uncle's house but did not return. Some months earlier co-villager namely Ravi Kumar @ Veeru had teased her for which Panchayati was convened in which Ravi Kumar had threatened to spoil her life. It is suspected by the informant that Ravi Kumar along with his father namely, Sanjay Singh (petitioner) and other family

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner being father of Ravi Kumar, who is main accused, has been falsely implicated in this case. It is next submitted that after recovery, the statement of victim has been recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. before the police as well as learned Judicial Magistrate wherein, there is no whisper against the petitioner in the entire statement given by the said victim. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024, he/they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- VI cum Special Judge POCSO, Bhojpur, Ara, subject to condition as laid down under
