This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 13.02.2017 passed in C.W.J.C No. 16021 of 2016, wherein, it was provided that if the petitioners file their option afresh seeking a transfer in terms of the Rules, the Transfer Committee shall consider the same in accordance
Patna High Court MJC No.2591 of 2017(6) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 with law expeditiously.
3. As the writ petition pertains to transfer of employees and the cause adjudicated in the writ petition dates back to 2017, in view of the fact that there has to be a periodical transfer of an employee having regard to the exigency of services, no case for contempt is made out and the same is closed and disposed off.
4. The contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
