The petitioner is in custody since 27.3.2019 in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 272/273/308 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30/38/41 of B.P. Excise Act 2016. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the name of this petitioner was disclosed by co-accused, Amit Kumar and Radhe Shyam and also 70 litres of Mahua made liquor and 7.2 litres of country made liquor were seized. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.3.2019.
