2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays and is permitted to withdraw the bail application on behalf of petitioner No. 2 (Hiramuni Devi).

3. It is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn only on behalf of petitioner No. 2.

4. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 919 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. The petitioner No. 1 is the brother-in-law (Dewar)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35110 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 and petitioner No. 3 is the sister-in-law (Dewrani) of the victims.

6. There is general and omnibus against petitioners.

7. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioners No. 1 and 3, the present application for grant of bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner No. 1 and 3 (except petitioner No. 2), in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 919 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
