2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs: "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs/ direction/ directions /order /orders for quashing the Jehanabad District Order No. 1203 of 2023 contained in Memo No. 4419/R.Ka. Dated 24.09.2023 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad.

(ii) To grant such other relief as

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has come before this Hon'ble Court directly without availing the remedy of appeal.

4. In this background, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the appellate authority within 30 days from today and the appellate authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the appeal preferred by the petitioner, within 60 days thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the delay, if any, in filing the appeal is directed to be condoned.
