In view of the order passed by the Division Bench in LPA No. 1347 of 2014 dated 08.07.2015, the order dated 10.08.2016, Annexure-2 to the writ petition cannot sustain and is accordingly quashed. However, quashing of the order will not entitle the petitioner consequential relief and the claim of the petitioner for consequential relief will be taken by the respondents after verification of the certificate issued by the Navbharat Shiksha Parishad, Orissa. The entire exercise for
Patna High Court CWJC No.17541 of 2016(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 verification of the certificate must be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and based on result of verification, the petitioner will be considered for grant of continuity in service and for grant of other benefits.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed to the extent mentioned above.
