2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute. The accusations of assault are general and omnibus in nature without any specific accusation of assault attributed to the petitioners individually. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the petition. It is submitted that four persons have sustained injuries and the injuries sustained by the son of the informant, namely, Sharad Kumar on his head are grievous in nature.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
