The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 341, 323, 307, 379, 353, 504, 506 and Sections 30(a), 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 30 litres of country made liquor from the house of co-accused Mahesh Mandal. The

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. The allegation against the petitioners are general in nature and there is no specific role attributed against the petitioners. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IVcum-special Judge Excise 1st, Lakhisarai in connection
