The petitioner seeks bail in Pupri P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366(A) of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that minor daughter of the informant was missing from the house. During search, Sarfaraj @ Badra told the informant that his daughter was seen with Shahid Afridi (petitioner) along with others in Cinema Hall.

The victim girl on recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has not named the petitioner. She has stated that co-accused Jamshed has committed illegal act with her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
