Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1980 of 2022.

By order dated 18.05.2022, the petitioner has been granted bail with condition No.3 that " the petitioner is directed to submit the deposit slip of Rs.60,000/-, which will be provided by the bank in the account of PMAYG ID No.1411976, at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37081 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 time of furnishing bail bond before the learned court below". Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the word "bank" be expunged and in place of "bank" the word "The Block Office, Jokihat" be added.

Let it be read as "The Block Office, Jokihat" in place of "bank" in condition No.3 of order dated 18.05.2022. Accordingly, the order dated 18.05.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
