The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 354-B, 376-A and 376-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Considering that there is specific allegation in the FIR against the petitioner that he ravished the minor daughter of the informant, which fact has been supported by the victim in her statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
