The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.208 of 2020 registered under Sections 376, 354, 354A, 354C, 500, 524, 306 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66E, 67 and 67A of the Information and Technology Act.

Considering the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner not only established physical relationship with the informant but also stealthily got it recorded in his mobile phone and circulated the same to several persons, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The prayer for bail is rejected. In case, the trial is not completed within seven months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would
