2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.714 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 80(2) and 61(2)(a) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased (brother of the husband of deceased). It is alleged that he alongwith others tortured and killed the deceased.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2024 and he claims clean antecedent and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

5. Learned counsel for the informant submitted that the petitioner is the kingpin of the entire incident. He and his wife used to torture the victim for dowry.
6. Considering that the petitioner is the brother-inlaw of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Patna/concerned Court below, in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.714 of 2024.
