The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jha Jha P. S. Case No. 374 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Md. Muddin Mian has already been granted prearrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39788 of 2018 and the case of the petitioner stands on much better footing than that of Md. Muddin Mian.

In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jha Jha P.
