The petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 150 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from Maruti vehicle. Petitioner is said to be driver of the aforesaid vehicle. Petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
