This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Suryagarha (Manikpur) Police Station Case No. 71 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

About 85 litres of Desi Mahua liquor has been recovered from Motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
