2. The present petition has been preferred for the modification of the order dated 23.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75030 of 2025 passed by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 to 6 of the petition, Cr. Misc. No. 33019 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
