The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that as per the prosecution case, from the show-room of younger brother of the informant, cash of Rs. 70,000/- and some parts of the motorcycle were stolen. From the C.C.T.V footage installed therein, one unknown person was found who has stolen one bullet motorcycle. The alleged motorcycle

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no one has seen the occurrence. The F.I.R was lodged after two days of the occurrence and the name of the petitioner has surfaced only on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2020. Considering the period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020.
