2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hathidah Police Station Case No. 13 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the IPC.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, two bags were seized at the prohibition unit check post, Hathidah from the possession of the co-accused along with the petitioner and from the aforesaid seized bags, several ornaments like earrings, silver fish, silver spoon, betel leaf, coin etc. and other ornaments, weighing altogether 15,429 grams were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is not

5. However, learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of A.C.J.M. - III, Barh in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
