JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Vide Office notes dated 19.02.2020, the office has pointed out that due to non-compliance of order dated 20.11.2017, I.A. No. 1218/2004, which was filed for substitution of heirs of sole appellant, stood dismissed for default on 04.12.2017.
In view of the same, the appeal stood dismissed as a whole in absence of sole appellant.
