====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-09-2021 Heard the parties.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 386, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2019. Allegation is that the petitioner along with his associates entered into the house of the informant and committed assault to the son of the informant and took away household articles. The Aforesaid act was committed due to non-fulfillment of demand of ransom. The doctor has found simple abrasion on the person of Krishna Mohan Jha, the injured.

Submission is that due to trivial dispute, false allegation is there.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11102 of 2021(5) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 654 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
