This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 475 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(A), 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In view of the fact that the petitioner is the owner of a commercial vehicle, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
