JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-06-2022 Dr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the Patliputra University has informed that now the name of this college has been placed on the website of the University. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact last year also the petitioner had to approach this Court for a direction to the University to place the name of the college on the website and only after filing of the writ application and before hearing of the writ application the name was placed on the website. This time the name has been placed after intervention of this Court and the petitioner has, therefore, a

Dr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the University submits that henceforth the University will take care and will ensure that the name of the college in question is duly placed on the website of the University.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this application stands disposed of.
