2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction, directing the Respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land bearing Khata No. 551 plot No. 657 area 1 Acre 64decimal situated at Mauza Mandachha Thana No. 97 Anchal Ejkangarsarai in the District of Nalanda. The aforesaid plot was recorded in cadastral Survey Khatiyan as Gair Majarua Malik.

Further the Respondents be restrain the Respondents from constructing Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan or any construction over the said land or

And for any other relief for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
