Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Basopatti P.S. Case No.146 of 2016, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner had borrowed Rs. 30,000/- from him in the year 2000 for running business but the petitioner did not return the money. It is submitted that the story of borrowing money from the informant is false. After 16 years from the date of alleged borrowing money, the FIR was lodged.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of
