The petitioner is accused in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 241 of 2020 registered under Sections 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Vijay Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 25719 of 2020 on 12.11.2020. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 20.05.2020. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
