JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2018 In the nature of allegations made in the Writ Application, let the petitioners file a detailed representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and seek redressal of their grievance. If such a representation is filed before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna within a period of 30 days enclosing a certified copy of this order, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna shall fix a date for hearing the grievance of the petitioners as regards their being involved in false cases and being harassed by the police authorities. After giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna shall pass such order /
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1322 of 2016 dt.09-05-2018 2/2 orders, direction / directions which may be required to do justice with the petitioners.
If it is found that the grievance of the petitioners is genuine and in fact they are getting harassed for no fault on their part, it is expected that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna shall issue necessary instructions to his subordinates. Such a decision be taken by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioners.
