This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "i) For directing the respondent authorities specially the respondent no. 4 and 5 to make payment of arrears of salary for the period from July 2018 to October 2022 which comes to the tune of Rs. 1,45,941/- on the ground that the petitioner discharged her duty in Middle School, Nadai, Gaurabauram (Darbhanga) but the said amount under the head of salary was not paid to the petitioner by the respondent authorities without any reason.

ii) For all consequential reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in course of hearing of this writ application. "

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievances by filing fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 3) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Education Officer, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 3) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files her representation within the stipulated period, the District Education Officer, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 3) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
