JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2020 The office has pointed out several defects to which learned counsel of the petitioner assures that he shall remove the defects within four weeks from the date when Court starts physical function.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.5.2020 in connection with Chapra Town (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 309 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and one other co-accused were caught while they were going on motorcycle, which was suspected to be stolen property by the police. Petitioner does not have any

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail till the removal of the defects on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge XIII/concerned court in connection with Chapra Town (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 309 of 2020 .

It is made clear that if the defects, as pointed out by the office, are removed within the above stated period, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be deemed to be confirmed.
