The modification of the order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24113 of 2022 has been sought only on the ground that the petitioner is paying installment of loan and therefore, he is not able to pay the maintenance amount. It is the petitioner who has chosen to pay the installment of the loan but he is not ready to pay any maintenance to the opposite party no.2. If the petitioner does not pay maintenance to the opposite party no.2 within two weeks from today, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled or else he will be taken into custody.
