That this is an application praying for issuance of writ/ writs certiorari or appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the respondents and for appointment of the petitioner on the post of home guard in Jehanabad District who had applied in advertisement no.02/2011 who has earlier discharged duty of peace and

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
