1. Though the present petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 26.09.2015, issued by the Town Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Purnea, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case any adverse action is sought to be taken by the Town Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Purnea, against the petitioner or his wife, they be granted liberty to seek redressal of their grievances by taking recourse to the due process of law, including filing of a fresh writ petition. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The writ petition stands disposed off.
