2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 469, 471, 34 of the IPC.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant Arun Kumar Gupta filed a complaint case bearing Case No. 3013 of 2013, on the basis of this complaint, a case has been registered against seven accused persons including the petitioner. The informant alleged in the FIR that the petitioner and other

Gain Marketing Private Limited in which he deposited Rs. 43,000/- on different dates and then went to its office on 11.04.2012 to collect Rs. 9,44,000/- as per the scheme of the company and he was asked to submit certificate of his final payment which was submitted and informant was assured of payment and on the other hand informant was asked to work in the company on commission basis as agent. Thereafter, the informant started working in the company and started collecting money from investors and issued certificate on its behalf. After sometime, the informant realized that fake certificates were issued and even the cheque issued to customers were not paid. The list of customers who deposited money in bank has been stated in the complaint case and the total amount was Rs. 7,38,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that total deposited amount of Rs. 7,38,000/- the petitioner has already paid Rs. 3,47,000/- and the rest of the amount i.e. Rs. 3,91,000/- will be paid in five equal installments within a period of six months.
5. Learned counsel for the informant agreed to the proposition proposed by the learned Senior counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32177 of 2026(3) dt.15-07-2026 3/3 petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner that he will pay the rest of the amount i.e. Rs. 3,91,000/- in five equal installments within a period of six months, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482
