2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town PS Case No. 53/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 354 (D), 504, 506, 509/34 of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The allegation, as per First Informant Report, is that one Ketu Kumar used to tease the daughter of the informant and threatened her of dire consequences, if she would not talk to said Ketu Kumar and the petitioner along with others accompanied Ketu Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence in the manner alleged and he has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of the fact that he happens to be one of the friends of brother of main

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31481 of 2020(2) dt.11-01-2021 2/2 accused, Ketu Kumar. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner, at present, is a student of BA-Part-I and has got no criminal antecedents.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the material on record and the fact that petitioner is a student of B.A. Part-1 and has got no criminal antecedents, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, petitioner, VIKASH KUMAR @ VICKY shall be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, (POCSO Act), Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town PS Case No. 53/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.

7. It is made clear that at the time of furnishing bail bonds all the parties shall follow the guidelines of social distancing.
