====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 90 of 2021 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 & 34 of Indian Penal Code. In this case Section 302 of Indian Penal Code has been subsequently added after about one month and one day.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has figured in this case but there is no specific allegation upon him. It is mere general and omnibus allegation made. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2022, charge sheet has already been filed in this case and petitioner having no criminal antecedent.

No.32636 of 2022(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 accused persons were also granted bail vide (Annexure no.2) as such the present petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 90 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. The petitioner shall support in trial and shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court, in case of nonappearance for two consecutive dates, shall resulted into cancellation of his bail bond. If he shall involve in such type of activities again, the prosecution shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
With this observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
