The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 336, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner assaulted the informant Raj Kumari by means of Tengari.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are co-villagers and there is case and counter case between the parties due to trivial issues inasmuch the side of the petitioner has also lodged Singhwara P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018. He further submits that the injury caused to the informant is

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are covillagers and there is case and counter case between the parties and injury caused to the informant is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down hereinabove and under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
